FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is CatalogSetu?
CatalogSetu is a platform for tile and surface brands and dealers to build branded catalogues, show tiles in a buyer’s room, present designs in meetings and share them through one link, a QR code or a PDF.
Which businesses is it for?
It is built first for tile and surface businesses: manufacturers, distributors, exporters and showrooms. Laminates, sanitaryware, hardware and louvers are planned and marked “coming soon”; tell us what you need and we will say honestly how close we are.
Do I need design skills?
No. You add designs and your logo and colours; the cover, index and product pages are generated for you.
Can I still get a PDF?
Yes. Every catalogue can be made as a print-ready PDF as well as shared as a web link. Each released version keeps its own PDF.
What happens when a price or design changes?
You change it in your product library and publish a new release. The same link and QR code show the new version.
Can buyers see tiles in 3D?
Yes. Buyers can place a design in a 3D living room, kitchen, bathroom or open-air terrace, on the floor, the walls or one feature wall, and rotate it 360°. They can also look at one tile up close as the light moves across its finish, or see it in a ready room or on a photo of their own room.
Can I import my existing product list?
Yes. Import a CSV saved from Excel with a folder of tile photos, or drop a ZIP of photos and create the designs from the pictures.
Do my dealers need to install anything?
No. Catalogues open in any phone browser from a link, a QR code or a catalogue code. A phone app for Android and iPhone is being prepared for the app stores. Ordering, stock levels and dealer-wise prices are planned and are not available yet.
Can a buyer send me an enquiry?
Yes. Each design has an “I’m interested” button that opens a WhatsApp chat to your number with the design named. There is no enquiry inbox inside CatalogSetu yet.
How do we get started?
Book a demo. Send us your product list and photos and we will show your own designs working in the catalogue, the room preview and a presentation.
