Terms of service

What we provide

CatalogSetu lets brands and dealers build catalogues, show tiles in room pictures and 3D views, make presentations and PDFs, and share them. Some parts are free to try. Features are added and changed over time, and some features described as “coming soon” are not available yet.

Accounts

• A brand or dealer needs an account to publish a catalogue. Give true details and keep your sign-in secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• We approve each catalogue before it becomes public, and we can hide or remove one that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
• Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Your content

• The designs, prices, photos, logos and text you add remain yours.
• You give us permission to store, resize, display and share them as needed to run your catalogue, for example in the web catalogue, the app, room previews and PDFs.
• You promise that you have the right to use everything you upload, including product photographs and logos, and that it is not unlawful, misleading or harmful.
• Published catalogues are visible to anyone with the link or QR code. Do not publish anything private.

Room previews, colours and sizes

Room previews, 3D views, textures and exported images are visual aids. Colours, shades, patterns, finishes and sizes shown on a screen or in a printout can differ from the real product, and a room preview is not a measurement or a quotation. Quantity and cost figures in the calculator are estimates. Confirm designs, sizes, shades and quantities with the brand or dealer before you order or install.

Shared links

Links and QR codes can be opened by anyone who has them. A shared room link contains the room and tile settings chosen by the sender. If you share a link you are responsible for who you send it to.

Using the service properly

Please do not:

• upload content that infringes someone’s rights, or that is unlawful, hateful or deceptive;
• try to access other people’s accounts or data, or to break or overload the service;
• copy or resell the service, or use it to build a competing service from our content;
• use someone else’s brand, logo or photographs as your own.

Plans and charges

We do not charge for anything on this site today. If we introduce paid plans, we will agree the price, what is included and how to cancel with you in writing before any charge. A plan can include limits, for example on the number of designs.

Availability

We work to keep CatalogSetu available but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or error-free. We may change, pause or end a feature, and we will give notice where we reasonably can. Keep your own copies of important files.

Ending your use

You can stop using CatalogSetu at any time and ask us to close your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. When an account closes, its published catalogue is taken down.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, CatalogSetu is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for indirect or business losses, such as lost sales or a purchase made because a preview looked different from the product. Our total responsibility to you for anything connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the previous twelve months, or ₹10,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. We would like to settle any problem by talking first. If we cannot, the courts of the city where CatalogSetu has its registered office can decide it.

Changes and contact
